Keep writing Michael - the American Jewish community needs your clarity now!

And with that clarity, moral and righteous guidance. I believe a large percentage of American Jewry don’t want, or are unable, to see the value of Israel to the Jewish people.

Important reflection — especially relevant given today’s divisions.

The reason for this shocking deed was because as prime minister Yitzhak Rabin Z"L was showing his willingness for giving to the so called Palestinians, a significantly large part of our God-given land. Today the sharing of these regions is still an open matter that somehow cannot be resolved due to the way it's belief is split within the Israeli voters for government. As a result we and the Arabs too, continue to suffer tragic losses in the lives of our civilians and brave soldiers and of their murderous terrorists. I believe that Rabin was only half correct, and for a matter as serious as this he should not have been so fast to try to make the choice for peace. This is the muddle east!

Did division cause Yitzhak Rabin's assassination or did a specific ideology cause it? Is it divisions that threaten us now or is it specific ideologies?

The divisions did and continue to divide what is still a specific ideology and belief.

… call it what you want .. differences of opinions and therefore objectives that clash

Powerful words, Dr. Oren...I've always considered Yizthak Rabin to be Israel's greatest Prime Minister...an enormous influence on middle east peace.
